About the Author James Pooley has been a Silicon Valley lawyer, leader, manager, diplomat, professor and writer. MUST READ By Shari Carlson Jim Pooley's new book, SECRETS, Managing Information in the Age of Cyberespionage, is intrinsically interesting and is a necessary book for anyone who runs a business. By systematically pointing out the dangers and risks already inherent in your business, he walks you through and out of the woods. You feel you have an expert guide traveling with you in evaluating and understanding the problems facing you. A must read. I am so grateful that Jim Pooley offers us this valuable advice.

By Ron Vaisbort "Secrets" is an engaging and informative new work by the Dean of trade secrets law, James Pooley. Much has changed in the technologically complex world that has evolved since he first wrote "The Book" on trade secrets based on his many years of Silicon Valley legal practice. But the moral and ethical conflicts are remarkably constant, as is the drive for some to take what is not their's to take.
