By Ron Vaisbort "Secrets" is an engaging and informative new work by the Dean of trade secrets law, James Pooley. Much has changed in the technologically complex world that has evolved since he first wrote "The Book" on trade secrets based on his many years of Silicon Valley legal practice. But the moral and ethical conflicts are remarkably constant, as is the drive for some to take what is not their's to take. Pooley delivers an insightful handbook for lawyers, corporate management and others who are charged with protecting our most prized possessions - our secrets.
