From the Author All through my young years, I myself suffered terribly from stage fright whenever I performed in public. In 1994, after moving from Germany to Spain, I had the opportunity to increase my income by giving harpsichord recitals, and realized that I would have to do something to get over my performance anxiety. Using auto-suggestion techniques, I managed to do just that, and ended up giving many recitals over the next few years without ever letting fear get the better of me. Ever since then, I have thought that it would be grand to write about exactly how I conquered those fears, so that others might be able to do so as well. Now, I've finally written that book, as you can see.I sincerely hope that you will follow the advice therein, for if you do, you will no doubt profit from it. It has helped me to see that my own thought patterns were so negative that they had caused me to fail to even try to perform for other people. If you have suffered from stage frightened way I have then you should buy this book. Give it a try. It works.

Most of us remember that it is hard to get words out when your hear starts racing. Butterflies in your stomach need to go away. Great book that I do rec.
