The book is well written with a well thought out story line and no loose ends. I found it hard to put down. A great read

Excellent Sci-fi thriller full of intrigue and danger By Sam J Disconnected by Alan Price is a fascinating story set in the year 2081 where two alien species the ‘Xenos’ and the ‘Yips’ have been trading advanced technology for years. But when the Xenos suddenly disappear leaving strange pieces of alien technology behind, researcher Max Grimm is called in to investigate. But after he is almost killed by one of the artefacts, he moves to the planet ‘1957’ for recuperation where all alien technology is banned and nothing past the year 1957 is allowed.When Grimm is implicated in a vicious murder, he realises he has to find the murderer before they kill again. From this enthralling beginning, the plot moves quickly, drawing in the reader and keeping them on the edge of their seat. The author successfully weaves together the various strands of the plot that finally delivers a conclusion that will leave you wanting more.Disconnected is an excellent Sci-fi thriller that is full of intrigue and danger. Alan Price's character development is strong and thought provoking with no holes in the plot or characters. The book is well written, fast paced and done in an easy flowing manner that leaves you thinking about the plot long after you have put it down.I look forward to more books from Alan Price. A worthy five stars.
