Maria Trimble is becoming a more polished writer as the series progresses. Her villains are delicious and the mysterious Charna the black lizard is fascinating. I read this all in one day and hope for a fifth book in the series.

By AEK Amane of Teravinea - Black Castle: Book Four picks up where the "trilogy" ended, with the marriage of Amane and Ansel. However, nothing ever goes as planned for Amane, and she is immediately swept up in another adventure that not only tests her strength and resolve, but her connections to the most important beings in her life: her husband Ansel and her dragon, Eshshah. D. Maria Trimble has created another book that features the continued character development of Amane, her relationship with her husband and dragon, along with a great adventure yarn that features both old and new villains whose actions keep the story moving a breakneck speed. We also get some new and additional history about dragons and the world in which the Kingdom of Teravinea exists. I highly recommend this addition to the saga of Amane - a great story well written and developed.

Maria Trimble has written a story that is suspenseful and full of surprises. It is a perfect story for young adults combing action, suspense, romance and--my personal favorites--magical dragons. I recently heard a book's genre as "Space Opera" which is similar to the Star Wars sagas, and I think this could be called "Dragon Opera." I highly recommend it. I look forward to the next book.
