By Jason Holliday I read the stories provided in the sample and didnt feel it was perfect but thats why I decided to buy it. I wasnt looking for perfection - I was looking for something written by someone like me, someone real and who isnt perfect. I may be overly critical and have been accused of that on more than one occasion, but at any rate, I look forward to reading more of the book. It is a fun and entertaining read.

Smith I laughed, I cried - and then I read Mr. Henderson's book.But no, seriously, this is a very fine first book by a promising new novelist. I found it to be thought provoking, expansive, and at times mind-boggling. As a collection of tales, it makes a satisfying, easy read that is hard to put down. I hope to encounter more work from Mr. Henderson, soon.

I think the other viewers must be reading another book than me because Aeon of Wonder is terrible. First of all... in the introduction, the first line isn't a sentence. In an introduction or summary, it needs to be your second best foot forward. The first foot forward is the cover design. In my opinion, the cover doesn't say much for the book either. Even on the first page the writing doesn't make sense. Some people seem to think the flavor in the words are more impressive than actually writing a solid story that the reader can relate to.Furthermore, the word Aeon also spelled eon (in American English), originally meant "life", "vital force" or "being", "generation" or "a period of time", though the title is catchy, it doesn't really seem to fit the non-story.I don't mean to bash this person who attempted to write a book. It takes a lot of work to write a novel and that means loads of rewrites. So, leave out the hoo-ha sentences and write as if you were sitting face to face with a person, telling the story. Poems, flowery words should be left for the poetics. Write a story that will engage your reader, and you will have a best seller! All in all, if this person wants to be a writer, she will need to learn how to write.
