Nice, but not very original By Haley Mathiot When I look for a pattern book, I look for something that has a lot of patterns that I’ve never seen before, or wouldn’t not think up on my own (since I’m a bit of a free-former and pattern-maker myself). The books I’m really impressed with are the ones that are full of original pieces that strike me, but look do-able and manageable. Now I realize that’s a pretty high bar to set. But as a reviewer and a crocheter, I wouldn’t spend money on a book that was anything less than that.Quick Crocheted Accessories has two patterns that I really like and was impressed with, that I haven’t seen before. There were three others that I’d seen similar things, but I really liked Zientara’s design. All the others were relatively simple, unexciting, or things I’ve seen before.The photos were very nice, and the book has both diagrams and instructions. But I would have liked to see more original accessories.

Wide Variety of Projects By Tammy Burke Every yarn crafter has their own favorite thing, crocheters are no exception.Sharon Zientara has collected many different types of accessories from beanies, hand warmers and socks to graceful shawls and neckwear that all have only one thing in common -- that they were crocheted. I developed a hunger to know the beginning stories and this book feeds some of that hunger. I have other history books bought from Amazon on Ohio and Virginia and Kentucky history that I would definitely recommend to anyone who loves History.

Charming but Dated By LitProfDean Critic and novelist Howells seems to have written these nonfiction "stories" in the late 1890s--Ohio native William McKinley has been elected President but not yet assassinated, though the title page has no copyright date. Howells was ahead of his times in all areas, but his perpsective will still seem dated to the general or undergraduate reader. For those of us who teach and study the history and cultures of Ohio, it is an interesting text that ranges from the earliest natural history of the region through Logan's Lament and Mad Anthony Wayne, the Battle of Lake Erie, and Ohio notables like John Chapman (aka Johnny Appleseed).

The tips and tricks from this book helped me to identify the mistakes that have been making repeatedly over years. The tips to save money from grocery shopping, tips to pay off debts, cutting unnecessary expenses etc are my favorites. The diy canning book have a lot of simple recipes of jams and jellies which can be made during the season when the price is low and can enjoy them through out the year. Preserving tips for meat and soups are also very good. I enjoyed reading this box set.

But, no matter how much I try to squeeze my self to save some money my budget would not change at the end of the month. The handy tips on saving money on food and drinks were simple to follow. The energy conserving ways seems to work fine. The ideas of garage and yard sale, barter trading, half price etc are worth considering. The difference between frugal and being minimalist is well said. I found the tips and tricks from both the books helpful in downsizing. Hopefully I would save more money from now on.

There are many useful tips for saving money and making some saving for future security. The second book has inspired me to do canning at home trying more recipes, before we had just few favorites, but here I’ve got several really good ones , will try for sure next harvest season.

A lot of good information for pimping questions and for studying for shelf. I found this much more useful than surgical recall.Also this book includes a code for access to the material online through an app called inkling. The format of this is even better than the book and you can access it from your phone, ipad etc. It was easy to scroll through a section during downtime between surgeries.If you are debating about getting it, I would recommend to get it, use the codes and then sell the book to someone else. I think you can get a free sample chapter from inkling to try first.

I'm a surgical PA studying for my recert for the second time. First time under the surgical option. Questions are directed at the step 3 level for the MD side of the house and are exactly directed for the surgical PA. Not sure if it will pertain to my board recert or not, since I take it in July. I'm certain that it will help with the exam. As well as prepare me for advancement in my current job.

Within days he already mastered it and work with his co-workers to fix some problem they had at work. I would give this book to anyone that needs to learn VBScript fast and easy. If my son was happy with it then I'm happy with it.

3 of 3 people found the following review helpful. Do not waste your time with this pamphlet By Mark Wilson Do not waste your time with this pamphlet, it is riddled with errors and missing information. You'll find more accurate information on Microsoft's website concerning VBScript.

2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. Be cautious if ordering this book for beginners. By multitude Only advance programmers can spot the errors in this book when referring to code. For the beginners, they might be pulling their hair out trying to find out why some of the examples are not working. Be very cautious when ordering this pamphlet of 54 pages. Also, understand that even though the title and cover do not mention it, this vbscript literature is catered when working with HTML. I had to modify examples for vbscripts using a .vbs extension, but still some html examples are flawed.If you do get this, only get it as an e-book as you should not pay more than $3 for this. The physical books offered are way over priced, especially when you see the amount of errors published. With a little proof reading and corrections, this book can have a value of $7 but no more.
